Directions/Usage |
For external use only. Recommended for 10 years and over.(1) Apply oil direct to the area and gently massage into the skin. A massage is much more relaxing if you have someone else massage the oil into your skin. (2) You may also add a few drops to your bath water. (3) This blend can also be used immediately before bed to support a great night sleep. In this instance apply a couple of drops at each temple and wrist pulse area. |
