Refund policy

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) may not apply for product/s and service/s purchased for commercial, resale or trade use.

Please inspect your product/s order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product/s item. Risk of loss or damage to the product/s passes to you upon delivery. If the product/s have been damaged while in your care for reasons not related to their state or condition when we delivered them to you, we do not have to accept any liability in relation to the product/s and will be under no obligation to replace the product/s or refund any amount already paid by you for the product/s.

Communicating your intention to return product/s.
All purchases are subject to our 30-day money back guarantee. Should you wish to return your product/s you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your product/s, obtain from us a Product Return Authorisation number (PRA) and advise whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Refunds or Exchange
Once we receive the product/s, we will promptly assess and advise you via email, telephone, or post. After confirming the return meets the conditions of this policy we will action your preference (refund, or exchange).

Refunds
Any refund due, will be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Exchange
Any exchange of product/s will be limited to a product/s up to the same value. Shipping of the exchange product/s to you in this case, shall be free.
