Shipping policy

All orders received will be processed at our Whangārei facility, by latest, the following business day.

Please ensure you provide your full and correct shipping address. If you enter the wrong address, please contact us +64 9 9889414 or contact@naturestherapeutics.co.nz as soon as possible. If we are advised prior to shipping, we will amend.

Shipping costs are dependent on the weight and destination and are calculated at the checkout prior to purchase.

Natures Therapeutics Limited™ is not responsible for any delivery issues after NZ Post has collected the order from our Whangārei facility. Natures Therapeutics Limited™ shall not be held liable for “reasonable” delay due to circumstances beyond our control.

In non-peak periods (eg Christmas), New Zealand orders should be delivered in 1 to 2 business days - rural delivery add another 1 - 2 business days. NZ Post is the carrier within New Zealand.

Australian orders with economy shipping are carried via NZ Post (to New Zealand Customs) and Australia Post from the NZ border. Delivery to the Australian address should be within 10 - 12 business days. Our express service offering to Australia is carried via the DHL network. DHL will collect from our Whangārei facility and be responsible for the order being delivered to the Australian address. Delivery shall be as per DHL terms but as a guide should be delivered between 2 - 3 business days to capital cities, 3 - 5 business days for regional addresses. Outback addresses may be 1 - 2 days more.

Orders sent to Australia may incur additional tax and/or customs charges when they arrive. Please check any import fees you may be liable for before ordering.
