Natures Therapeutics Whānau Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
The Natures Therapeutics Whānau Rewards Programme ("Whānau Rewards") is a customer loyalty programme designed to reward customers for their ongoing support of Natures Therapeutics.
Participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Whānau Rewards is available to personal retail customers who create a customer account on the Natures Therapeutics website and are logged into that account when making purchases.
Points are not transferable between customers and have no cash value.
3. Earning Whānau Points
Members earn Whānau Points on eligible purchases made through the Natures Therapeutics online store.
Current earning rate:
- Earn 1 Whānau Point for every NZ$1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are calculated on the final product purchase value after discounts have been applied and do not include shipping charges, taxes, gift cards, refunds, or cancelled orders.
Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to amend earning rates at any time.
4. Redeeming Whānau Points
Whānau Points may be redeemed for discount rewards as follows:
- 200 Points = NZ$5 Discount
- 500 Points = NZ$15 Discount
- 1000 Points = NZ$35 Discount
Rewards are issued as discount codes and must be applied during checkout.
Only one loyalty reward discount code may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or store credit.
5. Expiry of Points
Whānau Points currently do not expire.
Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to introduce an expiry period in the future. Any such changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded, Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to remove or adjust any Whānau Points earned from that purchase.
Any rewards redeemed against refunded orders may also be adjusted where appropriate.
7. Fraud and Abuse
Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate any Whānau Rewards account where fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse of the programme, or manipulation of points is suspected.
All decisions made by Natures Therapeutics regarding points balances and rewards are final.
8. Programme Changes
Natures Therapeutics may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Whānau Rewards Programme, including earning rates, reward levels, eligibility criteria, or benefits, at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will not affect rewards already redeemed and issued to customers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Natures Therapeutics is not responsible for technical issues, software failures, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the operation of the Whānau Rewards Programme.
10. Wholesale & Trade Accounts
Whānau Rewards is available to wholesale and trade customers.
Orders entered manually by Natures Therapeutics staff, including wholesale, trade, stockist, distributor, and approved retail outlet orders, are not eligible to earn or redeem Whānau Rewards points.
Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to determine eligibility for participation in the Whānau Rewards programme and may remove points or rewards issued in error.
