Natures Therapeutics Whānau Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Natures Therapeutics Whānau Rewards Programme ("Whānau Rewards") is a customer loyalty programme designed to reward our online personal retail customers for their ongoing support of www.naturestherapeutics.co.nz. Participation in the programme is free.

By participating in Whānau Rewards, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

Whānau Rewards is available to our personal online retail customers in New Zealand and Australia who create a customer account on www.naturestherapeutics.co.nz and are logged into that account when making eligible purchases.

Wholesale, trade, stockist, distributor, and approved retail outlet accounts are not eligible to participate.

Whānau Rewards Points are personal to the account holder, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

3. Earning Whānau Rewards Points

Members earn Whānau Rewards Points on eligible product purchases made through www.naturestherapeutics.co.nz.

Standard earning rate:

  • Earn 1 Whānau Rewards Point for every NZ$1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Cents and shipping are not included in the points calculation. Example: Product pricing for order is 44.50 - 44 points would be earned.

Points are calculated on the final product purchase value after discounts have been applied and exclude shipping charges, and any other excluded items determined by Natures Therapeutics.

Points are generally allocated after an eligible purchase has been completed.

From time to time, Natures Therapeutics may offer promotional earning events where members can earn up to 20 times (20×) the standard earning rate. For example, during a 20× promotion, members will earn 20 Whānau Rewards Points for every NZ$1 spent on eligible purchases.

Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to amend earning rates or promotional offers at any time.

4. Redeeming Whānau Rewards Points

Whānau Rewards Points may be redeemed for discount coupons as follows:

  • 200 Points = NZ$5.00 Discount Coupon
  • 500 Points = NZ$15.00 Discount Coupon
  • 1,000 Points = NZ$35.00 Discount Coupon
  • 2,500 Points = NZ$100.00 Discount Coupon

Eligible rewards can be claimed through the Whānau Rewards panel and selecting the Redeem tab.

Redeemed rewards are issued as discount coupons and must be applied during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, only one Whānau Rewards discount coupon may be used per transaction.

Whānau Rewards Points and redeemed coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

5. Expiry of Whānau Rewards Points

Whānau Rewards Points currently do not expire.

Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to introduce an expiry period in the future. If an expiry policy is introduced, customers will be provided with reasonable advance notice.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded, any Whānau Rewards Points earned from that order will be deducted from the member's points balance.

If points from a cancelled or refunded purchase have already been redeemed, Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to manually adjust the member's balance accordingly.

7. Fraud and Abuse

Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or terminate any Whānau Rewards account where fraudulent activity, misuse, abuse of the programme, or manipulation of points is suspected.

All decisions relating to Whānau Rewards eligibility, point balances, and reward entitlements are final.

8. Programme Changes

Natures Therapeutics may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Whānau Rewards Programme, including its earning rates, reward levels, eligibility criteria, redemption values, or other benefits, at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, changes will not affect rewards that have already been redeemed and validly issued before the effective date of the change.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natures Therapeutics is not responsible for technical issues, software failures, internet outages, system errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the operation or availability of the Whānau Rewards Programme.

10. Referral Programme

Eligible Whānau Rewards members may participate in the Natures Therapeutics Referral Programme by sharing their unique referral link with friends and whānau.

A referred customer ("Friend") will receive 10% off their first eligible purchase when using a valid referral link, subject to any minimum purchase requirements displayed at the time of redemption.

The referring member ("Referrer") will receive 200 Whānau Rewards Points once the referred customer's first eligible order has been successfully completed and meets the programme requirements.

Referral rewards are limited to new customers only. Existing customers are not eligible to be referred unless otherwise permitted by the programme settings.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Customers may not create multiple accounts or use alternative email addresses to obtain referral rewards.

Referral rewards have no cash value and are subject to the general Whānau Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions.

Natures Therapeutics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Programme, or change referral rewards, eligibility requirements, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
