Oral use: [50ml bottle - extract a half dropper "dose"] or [30ml bottle - extract a full dropper "dose"] dispense a dose under tongue and hold for 30 - 60 seconds before swallowing. Take as required up to a maximum of 6 doses per day.

Mānuka has many similarities to some other plants traditionally taken internally by Māori. However, there are some ailments that Māori believe mānuka to be the go to plant.
