What a relief being able to find these wee helpers for my arthritic body, I do feel that they are helping me. Been taking the recommended 6 a day, nearly at the end of my first two weeks, then I will check in with myself, and go down to 4 a day. Have a good supply and if I have to stay at 6 I will.
