Directions/Usage |
For external use only. Recommended for 13 years and over. (1) Apply oil to back, chest & throat. Gently massage into the skin. (2) You may also add a few drops to your bath water. (3) This blend can also be used immediately before bed to support a comfortable sleep. Use 3 – 4 times per day until symptoms are gone. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. |
